Logistical Tips
Registration:
As you have already been informed, you have already been registered by our colleagues through the QRcode or the link of the Conference: http://ipis.ir/en/customforms/67. Through this link, (within next few days), you can find the latest state of the Agenda, list of participants and some other useful information.
Arrival:
IPIS staff will meet you at the airport and will arrange your transfer to the Hotel. They will hold a sign of IPIS or your name on it. Please take some time to make sure you spot them. In case needed, you may contact Mr. Omid Babelian or Mr. Reza Eskandar (What’sApp: +989303496285). Your ride to the hotel will take approximately 60-75 minutes, depending on your time of arrival and traffic.
Hotel & Accommodation:
We cover your accommodation for 3 nights (November 14- 16th). All Guests will be accommodated in the following hotels:
Espinas Palace International Hotel, Sa’adat Abad (+98- 21- 7567 5000)
Azadi Parsian International Hotel, Chamran Expressway (+9821 29112)
Note:
There will a special IPIS assistant desk located in the lobby.
Sightseeing
For those who arrive by Saturday morning, we have arranged an optional city tour on Saturday morning to visit some historical sites as well as a traditional bazar to have a more real taste of Tehran normal life. This tour will begin from your hotels from 10:00 am onward, including lunch in the city and it will end in your hotels at about 15:00. If you are interested, you can register your name at IPIS desks in your hotel by Saturday, 09:00 am.
Official Dinner Reception:
We are honored to invite you to the welcoming dinner reception on Saturday November 15th, 2025, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Espinas Palace International Hotel, located at Sa’adat Abad.
IPIS staff will meet you at 6:15 p.m. in the lobby of your hotel on Saturday November 15th, in case you are based in a different hotel. Your ride to the dinner venue will take approximately 30 minutes, depending on traffic.
Conference Venue:
IPIS, Shaheed Aghaei St, Shaheed Bahonar Ave, Tehran, Iran (+982122802641-2, www.ipis.ir).
IPIS staff will meet you at 07:45 a.m. in the lobby of your hotel on November 15th. Your ride to the Forum venue will take approximately 45 minutes, depending on traffic.
Agenda:
The format of the Conference will be comprised of:
- Some plenary panel discussions, each with 5-6 speakers;
- IPIS Exclusive which is an online debate by IPIS with some selected participants on the topics of great importance in different areas of their experties.
- Bilat Meetings upon the request by delegations and guests can be arranged in the sidelines of the Conference. Therefore, please let us know if you need our support to arrange a meeting or to provide a meeting room for your meetings.
